Greg Patterson

A professional photographer since 1988, Greg provides artistic and technically superior photography services for a variety of portrait clients. He has three children of his own and has a knack for bringing out the natural smiles in us all. Creating a memorable experience for both kids and parents, he is often seen being playing peek-a-boo and acting “super silly.”

Portrait Garden and Victorian Studio

G. Patterson Studio boasts the largest portrait garden in all of East Texas.  With greenery and colorful blooms year round, our garden includes a beautiful country gazebo, quaint pond complete with waterfall, rock flower beds, arbors, pergola, rock and stone paths.  This East Texas secret treasure sits right in the backyard of our charming Victorian Style Studio. And the studio is built to accommodate your needs as well, with a playhouse for the kids and freshly baked cookies for all.

1. We have a lot of fun here at the studio.  Exceptional family and children portraiture begins with a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.  We encourage families to bring their children in early to appointments so that they can play in the play house and become acquainted with their surroundings.  Our goal is for all that enter our studio as guests leave as friends.

1. After your portrait session is finished, we schedule a return appointment (View & Choose) where we will project your images on a 50x60 screen so that you may take your time in selecting your favorite images.  This too is generally a lot of fun.  But bring your tissue box, because Mothers often tear up when they see a slide show of their beautiful family.  Just kidding, we provide tissues. :)
